Ingredients:
Crabmeat salad:
Some crabmeat, lump blue crabA piece of celery, choppedA piece of red pepper, choppedA smidge of sour cream or mayo
A squeeze of limeFresh cracked pepper
Iceburg lettuce, chopped fine
Tomatoes, diced
Avocado, diced
Soup can, both ends opened, or a ring mold
Bacon crumbles
Instructions:
Place can/ring on plate with saran wrap on bottom:
Layer in order -- Lettuce, tomatoes, avocado, crab salad
Cover top with saran wrap and chill in refrigerator for 30 minutes.Cook the bacon while the salad chills and crumble it on top of the salad before serving.
