Crabmeat Stacked Salad
Some crabmeat, lump blue crab
A piece of celery, chopped
A piece of red pepper, chopped
A smidge of sour cream or mayo
A squeeze of lime
Fresh cracked pepper
Iceburg lettuce, chopped fine
Soup can, both ends opened, or a ring mold
Place can/ring on plate with saran wrap on bottom:
Layer in order -- Lettuce, tomatoes, avocado, crab salad
Cover top with saran wrap and chill in the refrigerator for 30 minutes.
Cook the bacon while the salad chills and crumble it on top of the salad before serving.
