Easy Slow Cooker Japanese Curry

2 lbs. Beef (or Chicken, Lamb, Pork) 
2 Medium Onions, chopped
3 Medium Carrots, chopped    
3 Medium Potatoes, chopped   
2 TBSP Vegetable oil    
3-4 cups water    
2 pkgs. S&B Golden Curry Sauce Mix (Mild)

**2 cans Campbell's Golden Mushroom Soup can be added for a more subtle curry flavor



Stir-fry meat and vegetables with oil in a large skillet on medium heat for approx. 5 min.

Add meat to Slow Cooker.

Add remaining ingredients and Cook on High until vegetables are tender. 

Serve hot over rice or noodles.
